Client is guaranteed up to 20 minutes of shooting time. The special rate of $375 includes a petite mini linen covered album and 10-15 digital images with print release. Images will be retouched to the photographers approval and delivered prior to Thanksgiving. Should further retouching be deemed necessary by the client, a detailed retouching fee will be added. Client is also being given a 20% discount on products purchased in studio, including wall art.
PAYMENTS: A $200 retainer will be paid upon booking and signing this contract. The balance of $175 plus tax will be due 15 days prior to the event.
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT:
Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).
COOPERATION/NO SHOWS:
Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.
COPYRIGHT:
All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Courtney Mitchell Photography.
CLIENT’S USAGE:
Client is obtaining digital images for personal use only, and shall not sell said images or authorize any reproductions without the photographers express written consent.
